Karma is pleased to announce a solo exhibition by Robert Grosvenor.
For his third show at Karma, Grosvenor will present a room-sized sculpture that the artist refers to as a “block of water,” as well as a collection of found and variously altered models of aircraft, watercraft, and automobiles.
Karma will publish a new monograph of Grosvenor’s most recent works, which will also include sculptures from his concurrent exhibition at Galerie Max Hetzler, Paris, as well as two newly commissioned essays.
Recent and forthcoming solo exhibitions include Le Consortium, Dijon (2020); Institute of Contemporary Art, Miami (2019); Paula Cooper Gallery, New York (2018); The Renaissance Society, Chicago (2017); Karma, New York (2017); and Galerie Max Hetzler, Berlin (2015); among others. Recent group exhibitions include Paula Cooper Gallery (2019); Galerie Max Hetzler, Paris (2018); Los Angeles County Museum of Art (2017); and MoMA PS1, Queens (2016). Grosvenor’s work is represented in various public collections including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; Museum Boijmans-van Beuningen, Rotterdam; and the Direction Régionale des Affaires Rennes.
Special thanks to Paula Cooper Gallery, New York.
